CANCELLATION POLICY

Please notify me at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment if you need to cancel. Life happens! I understand, If your appointment is not canceled within 24 hours you will be charged 50% for your color service. The cancellation fee must be paid before you make your next appointment. If you no call no show you will be charged 100% of your service and will not be able to book again. A card is required on file for all clients. Clients will be notified if their card needs to be charged. I appreciate you all so much, thank you🤍
